[Opendnssec-user] migrating from 1.4.7 to 1.4.12

Hello,

Any prerequisite for migrating opendnssec 1.4.7 (binary installation from
OS repos opendnssec-1.4.7-3.el7.x86_64) to compiled LTS version 1.4.12 ?

The older version is using sqlite backend, planning to use the same
backend file with the new version.

I do not have the RedHat packages installed, but there is a need to migrate
the database (both mysql and sqlite) coming from pre-1.4.8 version. Check
the MIGRATION file under the source tree for more details.

The latest version from the 1.4 branch is 1.4.13, I'm using it for some
time now without any issues.

Yes, the database is migrated to the new schema as of 1.4.8.

But for versions > 1.4.10, the ldns needs to be compiled as well. ldns
comes with Redhat is 1.6.16.
